Definder
Tokenised real estate investment platform enabling fractional ownership of property assets through blockchain technology. Not FCA regulated.
General Information
Definder is a tokenised real estate investment platform that enables fractional ownership of property assets through blockchain technology. The platform allows investors to purchase digital tokens representing shares in property investments, with minimum entry points significantly lower than traditional property investment.
Definder is not FCA regulated. Investors should note that tokenised property investments are a relatively new and evolving area, and that the regulatory framework around such products continues to develop.
How does it work?
Definder tokenises property assets, creating digital tokens on a blockchain that represent fractional ownership. Investors purchase tokens representing their share of a property, and may receive rental income proportional to their holding. The platform may also offer secondary market trading of tokens.
What do they offer?
Tokenised fractional property investments with low minimum entry points (from approximately €100). Properties may span multiple European markets. Token holders may receive proportional rental income and benefit from capital appreciation.
Who is it for?
Definder targets investors interested in property exposure through tokenisation technology. The platform is not FCA regulated, and tokenised property investments carry technology, liquidity, and regulatory risks in addition to standard property market risks. Capital is at risk.
