About ThatRound
ThatRound is a fundraising marketplace for UK startups, run by ThatRound Ltd (company 15358286) from London. It matches founders with funding partners such as angel networks, syndicates, VC funds and family offices, rather than with individual investors. It screens startup applications and gives each an automated fit score, but carries out no due diligence on the businesses. Founders pay either a monthly subscription (£79 a month as of September 2026) or a completion fee charged only when they raise; investors pay nothing. ThatRound is not a party to any investment and does not hold money or shares. It is not authorised by the FCA. The company was incorporated in December 2023; its website says it launched in 2024, while a May 2026 press release gives March 2025.
