About The Table
The Table is an investor community run by The Table Management Company Limited (company 16330317), incorporated in March 2025, whose founder is Carmel Rafaeli. Its members are institutions such as funds, syndicates, family offices and corporate venture arms; individual investors, including business angels, are not eligible. Members share deals that another member has already diligenced and backed, and co-invest through their own entities. The Table says it takes no fees, commissions or carry. It describes a grants model in which a venture repays 4% of its revenue if it grows, recycled into future grants, and says it is building a £300 million catalytic capital vehicle; that is a target, not money raised. The Table Foundation Limited, set up in March 2025 to hold the grant vehicle, was dissolved on 1 September 2026 after a voluntary strike-off. The Table is not authorised by the FCA.
