    Octopus Co-Lend Limited (FRN 722801) is an FCA-authorised property co-lending platform, part of the Octopus Group. The platform enables qualifying investors to co-lend alongside Octopus in property-backed bridging and development loans, benefiting from Octopus's established underwriting and origination infrastructure.
