    Republic Europe (formerly Seedrs)

    Republic Europe (legal name Seedrs Limited, FCA FRN 550317) is the European arm of US marketplace Republic, formed when Republic acquired Seedrs in 2022 and rebranded on 10 July 2024. Launched in 2012, it offers primary equity crowdfunding, tokenised products, debt and VC fund access, and operates Europe's first regulated secondary market for private company shares (live since 2016). Investors hold beneficial title through the Seedrs Nominees structure.

    UK equity crowdfunding platform founded in 2011 by Darren Westlake and Luke Lang. Directly authorised by the FCA as a Public Offer Platform (POP). Over £1.5 billion raised for 1,300+ businesses, with 1.7 million registered members. Notable raises include BrewDog, Monzo and Revolut.

    QVentures

    QVentures is the trading name of Quintessentially Ventures Limited, a UK venture capital firm offering direct Series A+ deals to Family Offices and Institutional Investors and advising on a Pre-Seed Fund for UK founders. The website claims participation in funding rounds aggregating >£220M across 115 companies. Appointed Representative status and FRNs cited in prior profiles could not be independently verified and should be confirmed on the FCA Register.

    SFC Capital

    SFC Capital (operating via SFC Capital Partners Ltd, FRN 736284) is a UK early-stage investor founded in 2012 by Stephen Page. Combines an angel network with SEIS/EIS pooled funds; reports c.£150M AUM and ranks among the most active UK seed investors by deal volume. SFC Capital Ltd operates as an appointed representative of the authorised entity.
